Roy,
I am glad that you were able to publish the results of your survey of
the "Rarest Vermont Coppers". Just imagine if all numismatists
published their Early American numismatic-related research in a
journal of record....
The number of R7 and R8 Vermont Coppers leads me to wonder just how
many Vermont "die pairings" were originally made. I am betting that
the fields of statistical and probability analysis would have
something to say about this. 100 "die varieties" ? ......200 ?
