    No effort John....
I really want to see what you come up with though.....it will be nice when you take all the bits and pieces and create a nice paper on these...but you know it has to contain as many facts as possible. Conjecture will have to be a part I'm sure, but keep the conjecture and facts labeled as such in your conclusions. As long as this is done, your results can not be criticized.

And always remember this. You can't sell a car with a line drawing, but you can sell 119 grams of solid brass with words.<s>

Good imagination, insight and EFFORT Steve ... these traits
obviously have brought you to collecting colonials ... a slightly
HIGHER form of collecting than slabbed Indian Cents ... this is a
good thing Steve ... this St. Patrick Coinage project is challenging
Steve in terms of trying to move past Newby ... I have to admit ...
Sharpe worked with some intermediary to obtain this coinage which he
then gave over to Newby but also had ties in London with Quakers
such as with Samuel Clarridge from Greaves book on Anthony
Sharpe ... the transcript letter from Clarridge to Sharpe is in my
possession and will supply with upcoming article ... very
informative Steve ... however ... STILL ... very little exists with
Sharpe & Newby prior to Newby's NJ voyage UNDER Sharpe's direction
    in 1681.
The Dublin City Archives lead person has given me some leading
experts in this time period in Dublin who currently are looking into
this mater based on my research ties with Newby involving ALSO
Thomas Sharpe, Thomas Warner, Samuel Clarridge & William Penn and of
course coupling this information with past CNL information such as
    Brian Danforth.
They were quite fascinated with the preliminary information
Steve ... unfortunately ... you need to find two others ... <BG>.

    Oliver ... Frank H.Stewart ... you have????
