I won this lot in the C4 sale - if someone has seen this counterstamp=20
on another Blacksmith or any other token - drop me a line. The Wood=20
23B in the same C4 Sale is actually a Wood 23 State 5 based on the=20
pictures & notes in the Ernie Eviringham Sale which documents all=20
currently known EIGHT die states of W23. It may be the finest known as=20
the coin actually grades about VF/XF. I never have been able to expand=20
beyond the eight die states for W23 Baker/Eviringham have listed when=20
Ernie's collection crossed the block.
