Ray,
You told me at C4, but I have forgotten...Who makes up the committee=20
that decides what C4 publishes?
For several of us less-well-connected types who are interested in=20
having works published, it might be useful to restate the club's=20
policies/procedures. I seem to remember this being distributed during=20
Dennis Wierzba's tenure, but it has been a while and has probably=20
changed.
Apologies if it has been recently discussed.
