Hey Guys, had to chime in on this one -- I think if someone posts a file
here they should know that anyone who is a member of the group can download it
and save it. While you could ask people not to do so, chances are you wish
will not be granted by everyone, especially if it is a neat coin.

Perhaps clearly labelling the piece, and putting a copyright notice on the
picture would make some think about using it in any way, but I would guess that
area was legally murky at best.

The other option is to privately e-mail such images to people you know who
will follow your instructions, but then a lot of people who may be interested
won't have the chance to see something.

In the end, a public domain is...as Jim pointed out...public.
