    David, If you are giving them away, how exactly do I join your troop?=20

    membership fee barely covers the cost of the newsletter sent
    out 4 times per year. If Syd does any special mailings, that blows the
    cost. I think even for a Junior member, getting the newsletter is well
    worth the $25 cost factor. Your offer of a nag to new Junior members is
    admirable. As I council young people for Coin Collecting Merit Badge for
    Boy Scouts and Collections for Girl Scouts, I always give them a coin to
    take home. Sometimes it's a Connecticut, others a NJ, still others a ctft
    1/2d. I do discuss colonials with them and try to get a feel for what they
    like. Girls always go for the horses<S> Boys usually go for the oldest
    coin. David

    I for one like the idea of C4 membership on ebay, it however has brought=20
    objections in the past. There should be a membership for over 18, and a $5=
    =20
    membership for under 18. Second when we enroll a new member I for one would
    be=20
    glad to send a $10-$15 nag to members under 18. While supplies last that
    is. Alan
