You might be interested in knowing that I once attempted a collaboration with the late Dick Picker on just such a publication (in CNL). Dick HATED copies and fakes with such a vengeance that he would not even look at numerous photos that I mailed to him. He refused to even attribute fakes by die variety for me so that I could publish them, as fakes, in CNL.
