I had lunch with Roger M recently and he photographed some coins for me.

I've attached a photo of one I'm trying to find a match for through members=
who may have some Defiant Head variety George II counterfeits. I haven't h=
ad any luck finding one yet, but maybe if people know this, they'll look a =
little harder and come up with another example or two.=20

Using the January 16, 2008 Americana sale catalog,=A0in Mike Ringo's collec=
tion section, I see that=A0my coins obverse is a match for lots 5818 and 58=
19, and the reverse matches lot 5808.
=A0
Not that it really makes a difference, but this coin is dated 1751, and the=
obverse in this occurence is used with a 1752 dated reverse.

I have to go do a little work, as little as possible, but would greatly app=
reciate anyone with this variety checking their coins for a match.
