I had forwarded Dan's original email to the EAC Region 8 coordinator, and
just now received this notice from him regarding Don's passing.....
Friends:
It is my very sad duty to report that Don Valenziano passed away yesterday.
Don recently broke a hip and had it replaced. He was recovering but
developed an intestinal blockage for which surgery was performed, but he
developed a systemic infection and passed away.
All of us send our thoughts and prayers to his wife, Shirley, and all his
family.
I will report more when I know more.
I am stuck traveling because of weather, and the rest of this weeks post
will come tomorrow, but this news was too important to delay.
