I had posted this question a while back, but now that I have a better photo=
, I would like to ask once again. Has anyone ever studied or written up any=
thing on VP die states? I have this Nelson-2 and I'd like to see anything l=
ater. I'd also like opinions on the reverse...I look at that and although n=
ot sure, the only thing that comes to mind is die rust. Were these restruck=
? any opinions on what casued that would be greatly appreciated. Obverse E =
to rim is an obvious break, and anyone who's looked at a lot of these shoul=
d be able to say they've seen several, a couple, or none with this break.
