Yes, I saw one of those that looked recently made on eBay not so long ago.
I believe there are two types, with and without a=20 date, but I don't know about individual=20 varieties. In fact what little I could find out=20 about them I found on the internet, and the eBay=20 seller's description of the one I bought was way=20 off base, so you're not alone.<s>
I have more info written on the envelope and will=20 have to try to remember to look next time I take them out.
