    Hi Guys!
I've been reading some of the Marathon postings and can see all points of view... posting something is better than nothing. But there are those whose email boxes overflow with posts they have no use for. As Roger pointed out, there may be those that have been working on research for a particular topic and don't share the info because it will be published soon. Most here are very quick to help with a question or attribution.
BUT, as with C4N and CNL, the quality of this chat room is dependent on what YOU post. If Syd didn't get any good articles for the newsletter, you would be forced to just read a president's message and a few advertisements! Same with CNL too. So if you have something interesting to share, please do so. If you have a question, please ask. There's several hundred on this group that haven't posted for whatever reason. Don't worry about your posts not being up to par, or amateurish. We didn't know everything when we started in colonials. Now that we do (LOL), we're willing to share.
BUT if no one posts something numismatic, we'll continue to hear about the problems with ebay & paypal...

    Ray
