    Xylol doesn=E2=80=99t evaporate as quickly as Acetone. It is safe for all m=
    etals. You should be able to buy it in smaller quantities at Home Depot or =
    a paint store.

    In the past I've used acetone for cleaning gunk from silver coins. Is there=
    a reason not to use it on copper, or to prefer Xylol for copper?
