Yes, but then a lot of things still aren't included -- such as the later tokens of Talbot, Allum & Lee and a bunch of Washingtonia that is dated 1794, 1795 and later, or a few years after the Philadelphia mint was striking coins. In fact, most people would include the Washington funeral medals in the colonial series, and those were done in 1799....not to mention some of the "1783" dated Washington pieces that weren't actually struck until 1815-1820. It's probably easier to include anything struck prior to, say, the Hard Times tokens with the exception of campaign/inaugural tokens and a handful of merchant tokens....but it's definitely not an easily drawn line!
