    Best dark beer I ever tasted. Talked to a local. Its the pH of
    the brewing which is opposite of almost all/most beers in terms of which si=
    de of the neutral pH 7 line you are it when making it. No hangover - no rea=
    l drunken feeling - just like a calm --- hard to explain. You know Jeff - I=
    did contact you when I was there - remember - see Maichael Fahey's article=
    in CW in the 12/12 issue on CC8Rs - there is alot of work to be done with =
    these issues hopefully all for the good. Nice GNL# CC8R he has pictured ...=
    he has missed the whole point ... not the Asian/genuine 18th/19th Century =
    CC thing but something else that will change the world market for CC8Rs for=
    the next 100 years ... in the new book. Sorry Fahey ... if you thought the=
    Far East was your biggest enemy ... <VVBG>. HUGE!
