Best dark beer I ever tasted. Talked to a local. Its the pH of the brewing which is opposite of almost all/most beers in terms of which si= de of the neutral pH 7 line you are it when making it. No hangover - no rea= l drunken feeling - just like a calm --- hard to explain. You know Jeff - I= did contact you when I was there - remember - see Maichael Fahey's article= in CW in the 12/12 issue on CC8Rs - there is alot of work to be done with = these issues hopefully all for the good. Nice GNL# CC8R he has pictured ...= he has missed the whole point ... not the Asian/genuine 18th/19th Century = CC thing but something else that will change the world market for CC8Rs for= the next 100 years ... in the new book. Sorry Fahey ... if you thought the= Far East was your biggest enemy ... <VVBG>. HUGE!
