I believe the catalogue is available directly from Jeffrey Hoare: http://www.jeffreyhoare.on.ca/
It's worth the price for the info on Wood 23 die states. I tend to be wary of calling every slight variation in a die a "state," as that is an endless process that is ultimately pointless, but this particular die pair was worked on repeatedly during its life.
JPL, I do look forward to seeing the next edition of the Cross book, but wouldn't it be the 8th edition? I think the 7th edition is the current one. This is what I have: http://www.amazon.com/Canadian-Colonial-Tokens-W-Cross/dp/0889683360
I am conservative when it comes to considering tokens to be part of the "Blacksmith" family. I tend not to use it as a catch-all category for anything that doesn't fit elsewhere, which seems to me how some writers approach it. Will be curious to see how you handle it.
