One thing to note about Michael Hillegas, it appears his name was never giv= en the notoriety that you would have expected for being the first solo Trea= surer of the United States, it seems that since he was basically of German = heritage and not British that his importance in history at that time was do= wnplayed because of=C2=A0his nationality. =C2=A0I read quite a few articles= on that subject, which I have saved somewhere but the crash of my desktop = earlier this month has me at a point where data like that is not immediatel= y on hand for me to show.=20
