Some Massachusetts copper collectors decided we'd like to study die states =
of a couple of Massachusetts cent varieties at the C4 Convention. =A0The va=
rieties are the Ryder 2b-A (Horned Eagle) 1787 cent=A0and the =A0Ryder 16-M=
=A01788 cent. =A0We welcome other C4 members to join us and to bring their =
examples of these two varieties. =A0We will be meeting in room 304 of the C=
onvention Center from Noon to 1 PM on Friday, November 8th. =A0This is the =
same room where most of the educational talks and meetings for other clubs =
will be taking place during the convention. =A0Please contact me if you thi=
nk you might like to join us in case I get my act together and make up some=
hand outs. =A0Walk-ins will be welcome too.
We will be using the table at the front of the room, but I expect there wil=
l be enough chairs to accommodate another study group or two, should those =
with different colonial interests want to hold their own study group at the=
same time. =A0Again, please contact me so I will know what to expect. =A0
I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the Convention. =A0Baltimore is =
a major show in this area, and the November show is the best of the three t=
hat are held annually. =A0If you've not been to a C4 Convention or to the B=
altimore show, I encourage you to do so. =A0You are in for a treat.
