I was at one of the Ford auctions somewhere around 2008? It was the one whe=

After the sale, I scoured ebay and other places and bought 20 or 30 coins.=
Most of mine were VF or so. The weren't as nice as the ones I saw at stack=

    Hi Paul,

Yours is a nice example as well. The Lion's tail is particularity wild =
looking. Listening to a well presented lecture can be dangerous. The mornin=
g after John Adam's 2010 presentation in Boston I had to go out and buy an =
Admiral Vernon medal. Ditto John K's. Comitia Americana talk in 2011. Putti=
ng something on the cover of a journal can have the same effect. Read the a=
rticle, decide that somehow one of those would be a good fit for whatever I=
'm collecting, and then the hunt. Fortunately I haven't heard anyone speak =
on Brasher Doubloons or NE shillings.

    Ray,

I'm glad you posted this. I couldn't recall the article that you me=
ntioned, and when I checked my CNLs I realized I hadn't received issue 152.=
There had been an address change mix up, but a quick call to ANS resolved =
the situation and my missing issue is being mailed. I'm not sure who I talk=
ed to at ANS, but they were very helpful. They weren't sure, however, if is=
sue 153 was out yet. Has anyone here gotten theirs? I just picked up a Utre=
cht =C2 Lion Daalder, so I'm eager to have the article.=C2=20

For those who like pictures, here is the coin. It's by far the nice=
st of the small group that I have.
