Hi All, For those of you that don't know Will Nipper, he's a long-time C4 Member,_Associate C4 Newsletter Editor_, author of the book "In Yankee Doodle's Pocket", past speaker at C4 Conventions, very knowledgeable about many aspects of colonial numismatics and just a nice guy - fun to be around and fun to talk to. I'll be enjoying hours of good conversation with him at EAC this week. As Associate C4N Editor, I've sent him a few articles for the newsletter for editing. I'm just a regular member like most of you... I'm not an academic or a wordsmith. I just have coins in my collection that I like to talk about. If you see me at a convention, we might sit down and have a cup of coffee and pull out a coin or two to show each other. I will probably say a few sentences about what I like about the coin I show, and you might make a few comments about your coins. That's all I do for the C4 Newsletter... I purchase a coin for some reason and I share that reason in the C4N like I'm sharing it with you in person. We all have coins we like for one reason or another. Consider sending Will or Syd a picture of the coin and a paragraph or two about it. It doesn't need to be scholarly (it can be) - it can just be fun. If you can't take a good quality picture of your coin, and you don't have a friend nearby that can do so, contact me or the editors. Have FUN Today! Ray
