this topic.=C2=A0=C2=A0For those unaware, CAC would charge a fee to look at=

opinion on the label of a slabbed coin and if their opinion=C2=A0was that t=

coin was=C2=A0choice for the label's grade, they would attach a small oval=

hologram label to the slab.=C2=A0 These labels were either green or gold.=

was sort of like getting a second opinion from a doctor...=C2=A0 you pay fo=

the first doctors opinion and then you pay again to get the opinion of=20
