happening in the hobby. =C2=A0There is editing of book publications in=20
process, all of which I have wanted to see in print for years! =C2=A0The C4=

Convention planning occurs all year long. =C2=A0Will Nipper is finalizing=20
articles for the next C4 Newsletter, Leo Shane is taking care of=20
shipping books to those borrowing them from the C4 Library. =C2=A0Wayne=20
Shelby is helping those interested in obtaining back issues of C4=20
publications. =C2=A0There's lots happening!
=C2=A0 =C2=A0 =C2=A0I'm thrilled that the Red Rose Coin Club has asked me t=
o speak=20
again in 2017, along with the Cedar Grove Historical Society. =C2=A0I do=20
enjoy sharing different aspects of our hobby with anyone that will=20
listen. =C2=A0I met a couple hobby friends a week ago at a Christmas party.=

=C2=A0One of them is working on a book and borrowed a couple colonial coins=

happen to carry in my wallet to use in his book. =C2=A0I hope to help him o=

with other items too.

lumn for the=20
Numismatist. =C2=A0The publication is the monthly magazine of the ANA. =C2=

first column was in the November issue (for those that missed it). =C2=A0Th=

ANA has more than 20,000 members, and it's a privilege to be able to=20
share my hobby with that many collectors. =C2=A0I always welcome any=20
comments, suggestions, ideas & criticisms for this and anything I write.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0 =C2=A0Our very own Tony Terranova will be honored by the ANS =
at their=20
annual dinner in January. =C2=A0I plan to be there. =C2=A0I know the cost i=

expensive, but the dinner is for the purpose of fund raising, and I=20
believe that part of the dinner cost is tax deductible. =C2=A0Even I would=

have difficulty eating $750 worth of food! =C2=A0LOL! =C2=A0Tony is well de=

of this recognition.

accompanies me to a convention, the odds of something numismatic under=20
my Christmas Tree is excellent. =C2=A0She did not attend in 2015, but she=20
contacted John K, who had nothing he thought I'd enjoy in her price=20
range. =C2=A0He directed her to Kevin Vinton and he provided a nice coin fo=
r=20
her. =C2=A0I hope she didn't lose his business card... =C2=A0LOL!
