Definizione
  • A silver coin of Castile issued by .John I (1379-1390) and struck at Toledo, Burgos, and Seville. The obverse shows the Paschal Lamb, and on the reverse is a large crown. The inscription reads: " Agnus Dei Qui Tolis Pecate Mundi Misere Nobis," referring to the words in the Gospel of St. John (i: 29). See Agnel.
