Definizione
  • A copper coin struck for the Por- tuguese Indies at Din, with a correspond- ing half. The issue appears to have been begun under .Joseph I about 1750 and was continued until 1851. The reverses usually exhibit a cross with the four figures of the date in the angles. The value of the Atia was fifteen Reis or twenty Bazaruccos.
