  • sometimes in- correctly referred to as Blankeel. A for- mer base silver coin of Morocco, the name of which is a diminutive of blanca, given to it on account of its white, shiny appear- ance. It was divided into twenty-four Falus. The issue terminated in the latter part of the eighteenth century. See Mu- zuna.
