Christus Gulden Publique Deposited
The popular name for a gold florin of Utrecht, struck by David de Bourgogne (1456-1496). It has on the obverse a figure of the Savior seated on a throne. See v.d. Chijs, van der, Les monnaies des Pays-Bas . 1851-66. (xvii. 7).
