Coal Money Öffentlichkeit Deposited
The name given to cir- cular pieces of jet or carved coal, which appear to be waste in Roman times from the lathes of turners, after working off rings, etc. They are found at Kimmeridge in Dorsetshire, England, but it is questiona- ble whether they were ever used as money.
