An Italian silver coin issued by the Republic of Pisa both with Imperial and autonomous legends. It is also found in Mantua under Louis III (1444-1478), in the two Sicilies under Ferdinand and Isabella, and occurs in the Venetian coinage of the fifteenth century. The latter variety had a value of eight Soldi, and the Florentine type was equal to seven Soldi.
