Kaisar Publique Deposited

Définition
  • A proclamation of Elizabeth, of October 9, 1560, states " that the crowns named Burgundians, Kaisars, or French Crowns, then current at six shillings and four pence, should go for six shillings and no more." See Ruding (i. 338). The ref- erence is probably to the Brabantine Zon- nekroon, struck in 1544 ( q.v.).
