Lesher Referendum Dollar Öffentlichkeit Deposited
The name given to a series of octagonal silver tokens issued by Joseph Lesher at Victor, Colorado, in the year 1900. There are five varieties, each one of which contains an ounce of coin silver. Lesher called them Referen- dum Dollars because they are to be referred to the people for acceptance or rejection.
