  • A Venetian base silver coin introduced by the Doge Nicolo Sagredo (1675-1676) and copied by a number of his successors to the end of the Republic.

    For Zara the Venetians issued pieces of four, eight, eighteen, and twenty Lirette during the eighteenth century.
