Lundrenses Público Deposited

Definição
  • Ruding, Annals of the Coinage of Britain. 1840. (i. 193-194) cites an ordinance of 1279-1280, empowering William de Turnemire of Marseilles, the master of the mint, to make Farthings throughout England. They were called Lundrenses, probably on account of the inscription LONDONIENSIS on the reverse.
