Markka Publique Deposited
A silver coin of Finland, issued in 1865 and subdivided into one hundred Pennia. Finland has had a gold standard since 1877, and its coins are based on the system adopted by the Latin Union. Multiples exist in gold of ten and twenty Markkaa.
