Noveno Öffentlichkeit Deposited
The name given to a billon coin issued by Alfonso X of Castile (1252-1284), and his successors, and struck at Burgos, Leon, Seville, etc. The general type presents a lion rampant on the obverse, and a fortress of three towers on the reverse. It was discontinued in the sixteenth century.
