Definition

• The gold standard of Monte- negro, of the same value as the Austrian Krone, and subdivided into one hundred Paras. In 1910 the Vienna Royal Mint struck gold coins of one hundred, twenty, and ten Perpera pieces for Montenegro in commemoration of the fiftieth year of the reign of Prince Nicolas I.
