Cabochon Público Deposited

Definição
  • Cabochon.  A jewel without faces; highly polished but not faceted. Cabochons are often attached to decorations, as the Japanese Order of the Rising Sun, a red cabochon stone in the center of many rays. High ranking decorations contain better quality stones, lesser rank have lower grade stones; with some medals containing glass or even plastic cabochons. The base or back of all cabochons are flat, usually unpolished.
