Coelanaglyphic Relief 上市 Deposited

定義
  • Coelanaglyphic Relief.  Hollow relief; actually raised relief within a hollow area, as compared with intaglio which is completely negative. The term is also called Egyptian hollow relief from the many stone carvings on tombs and such in Egypt. An example of coelanaglyphic relief on a medallic item is the reverse of the George Sarton Medal for the History of Science Society, 1955.  See relief.
