Collectors' Copy Público Deposited

Definición
  • Collectors' Copy.  A copy of a numismatic item, often an electrotype, intended for collectors. Such a copy is not illegal and fully honorable, as a cast of a specimen, perhaps the original of which is in a museum collection. The British Museum provided such a service of electrotype copies of items in its collections for sale to the public in the 19th century.  See electrotype. See also copies and replicas.
