Die Adjustment Strike Público Deposited

Definición
  • Die Adjustment Strike.  The first impressions created during a striking press setup; a die trial, often a noticeably weak strike. Such strikes lack a depth of relief, looking like a worn coin (but fully struck up with the existing pressure of the press). The unacceptable condition is resolved by increasing the pressure in small increments until the struck piece is, indeed, fully struck up. The terms die trial and die adjustment strike mean the same.
