Double-sided Pubblico Deposited

Definizione
  • Double-sided.  A cast medallic item with designs on two sides, made from a mold with the two sides – in the mold – and not made from two separate pieces joined together. A double-sided medallic item is of one uniform mass, cast solid. When a medallic item is made of two separate sides joined together this is called cast double; these terms are notable for their appearance in numismatic cataloging only for they apply to no other field of cast objects.
