Definición

• Drop.  A small medallic item which hangs from a header or suspender on a badge, ribbon or decoration. A drop – usually a medalet – is a supplemental item and subordinate to the theme of the medallic item. An example might indicate a smaller group to a larger class; as the delegates from one state to a national convention.  See suspension.
