Goldene Público Deposited

Definição
  • Goldene.  A brass alloy resembling gold in which cheap tokens and coins are struck; they are always issued in coin finish to preserve the imitation gold color. The yellow brass has a high content of zinc, as much as one third. A Massachusetts firm –Charles H.  Allen & Co. of Attleboro – trademarked the term, but spelled it goldine; the same spelling was also used by the Goldsmiths' Stock Company of Canada.  See oroide, bronze gilt.
