Stilts Público Deposited
- Stilts. A three-pronged metal rack which when spread apart springs back to hold a medallic item while some process as coloring, finish or lacquer is applied. After drying the medals are turned over for an application to the other side. The three points of contact on the edge may be devoid of color, finish or lacquer and are called rack marks. In England stilts are called suspension tree.
