• Spanish: A small token announcing a baby�s christening. Announcements were sent in an envelope sealed with wax. While the wax was still soft a bolo was pressed into it. Wealthy families had custom-designed bolo coins struck from gold or silver. The less fortunate used mass-produced plated tokens.
