Oro Público Deposited

Definição
  • Spanish: Gold. A precious metal treasured for coins for some 2,800 years and used for the most valued of medals since Roman times. The term solid gold is a misleading designation the U.S. government allows manufacturers of gold products to use. It means only that the gold item is not hollow. The gold object can have as little as 9 karats of gold in it and still be so stamped. It does not mean solid pure gold. 2. Oro is slang on the Mexican-American border for U.S. currency. Plata refers to the Mexican currency.
