• Born in Williston, North Dakota. Graduated from George Washington University in 1962. Married on June 20. 1964, to Roberta Evelyn Smith. Served in U. S. Army.

  Owner of San Diego coin shop 1970-74. Cataloguer for Ponterio & Associates in 1993, retired in 2009.

  Founder of the Ancient Numismatic Society of San Diego. 

  He died at home in San Diego.
