• Born in Brooklyn, New York. Graduated from University of Georgia. Received master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in 2000. Married to (1) Elisa and (2) Dr. Linda Roy.

  Past president of Mongomery County Coin Club. He received an ANA Glenn Smedley Memorial Award in 2019.

  He died in Silver Spring, Maryland.
