Born as Hazel Montgomery. Married to Merrill Earl Lindstrom. Chairman of the ANA Young Numismatist Committee. She established an annual award for young numismatists that went by various names including the Hazel Lindstrom Award, She was named a Numismatic News Numismatic Ambassador in 1976.
She died in a hospital in Van Buren, Arkansas.
