Biografia

• An early collection sold at auction by Strobidge May 26-28, 1862. He bought the Mickley 1804 dollar at auction in 1867 for $750. That coin went to Edward Cogan and then to William S. Appleton. He also consigned to another Strobridge sale in 1863 and a Woodward sale in 1865.
