• Born in Winchester, Massachusetts. Married to June Anne Thornton with a daughter. Piano manufacturer. 

  Founding member of the New England Numismatic Association. Curator of numismatics at Boston Numismatic Society and Massachusetts Historical Society. Past President of Boston Numismatic Society. Served as ANA Governor.

  He die at Winchester Hospital.
